Below is an outline of our marketing process:

First 30 Days
- Introduction to Michael Bartus
- Listen and understand your goals
- Conduct CMA (Comparative Market Analysis)
- Determine selling price
- Determine marketing budget
- Sign listing agreement
- Stage home if needed (remove clutter)
- Make suggestions for potential improvements
- Take professional photographs with high quality camera
- Add property to the MLS
- Add property to national MLS REALTOR website
- Install attractive yard sign with brochure box on property
- Verify property is showing up on local and national real estate search engines
- Email to all local RE/MAX Results REALTORS
- Email to non RE/MAX Results REALTORS
- Email 300 Michael Bartus newsletter subscribers
- Make professional brochure for your property
- Distribute just listed mailing to area neighbors
- Build property specific website (depends on selling price of home)
- Send brochures to 1000 REALTORS to promote listing and REALTOR open house
- Hold REALTOR Open House-Tuesday
- Follow up on REALTOR feedback-adjust price if needed
- Place picture ads for Saturday and classifieds for Sunday in the Star Tribune/Pioneer Press
- Place ads in City Pages (depending on location)
- Place ads in Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine (for property over $400.000)
- Place ads in Twin Cities Prestige Homes (for property over $500,000)
- Hold open house on Saturday and Sunday for first month depending on your flexibility
- Follow up with leads and provide candid feedback
- If property sold, go to home buying process

First 60 Days
- Review progress of first 30 days
- Make price adjustments based on feedback if necessary
- Alter brochure with any price or description changes
- Send brochures to 1000 REALTORS to promote listing with any changes
- Place picture ads for Sunday in the Star Tribune/Pioneer Press
- Place ads in City Pages (depending on location and price point)
- Place ads in Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine (for property over $400.000)
- Place ads in Twin Cities Prestige Homes (for property over $500,000)
- Hold an open house on Sundays
- Follow up with leads and provide candid feedback
- If property sold, go to home buying process

First 90 Days
- Review progress of first 60 days
- Make price adjustments based on feedback if necessary

- Send brochures to 1000 REALTORS to promote listing with any changes
