We start with your needs and set up a complimentary consultation to share qualifications, local real estate market status and, most of all, your housing requirements. To ensure details are not missed, we build a detailed buyer profile to assist us in defining and targeting your priorities in your home search. We utilize technology in a way that makes us very accessible - I have a phone that receives and sends emails and a laptop computer that can surf the Internet from anywhere there is a voice signal, so I am always connected to my clients in some fashion. I guarantee that I will respond to you by either voice or email within 3 hours of your message!
Conducting targeted searches for you, we will use the criteria in your buyer profile to search our databases of qualified properties. I also network weekly with other real estate agents and my extensive network to find out if there are any available properties that are not listed on the MLS (home search database). I utilize technology whenever possible to shrink the window of time to find a new home for my clients. Most of this is done through the use of our advanced property searching capabilities. This is extremely helpful when working with out of town clients or people that need to find a property very quickly. The initial search will only be the starting point - our search will be refined as we better understand your requirements. You will be able to pick and choose the properties you are most interested in and keep those stored in your personal digital notebook. This will greatly simplify your selection process.
Provide sales assistance for your existing property: If you have a property to sell, we will review any possible relocation packages that your employer may be offering you and help you determine the best solution for you. We are part of a national real estate broker, RE/MAX Results - a network of many fine agents that we can utilize to help market and sell your property wherever it is.
Assistance with pre-qualification for financing your new property: Although we do not get directly involved with your personal financial matters, we do work closely with several mortgage lending officers that we personally recommend. They work just as hard as we do to get the best possible solution for you with the least amount of effort and time.
Provide on-site property tours: Once we have a good understanding of your preferences, we can put together a couple of on-site tour days for you to visit the area and see as many as 15-20 homes per day. If we do our home work on the front end, we should be able to narrow our options to a level that is productive and manageable.

Making the offer: Here’s where our team’s thoroughness in the initial information gathering and detailed tour planning pays off. Most of our clients find their dream deal on their very first property tour. Why? Because our goal is to focus on your needs and my team takes real pride in client satisfaction.

Pre-closing details: Once the offer is accepted, you will likely want to get an inspection. We can arrange for the inspection and will review the inspection notes with you to make sure that any outstanding items are addressed. I will also work with your loan officer and the closing company to make sure all needed documents are presented in a timely manner.
Post-closing assistance: If you need help with moving companies, storage, pet care, house amenities or temporary housing, I have many resources at reasonable rates. We have a long list of tested resources available for our clients.
